As well as our fully managed hosting, we offer a variety of care plans to help you keep your website in top condition. We have a Care Plan package, and offer retainers as well as ad-hoc support; whatever best fits your needs.
Managed Hosting for Wordpress
Our managed hosting plan is designed for our Wordpress customers. We take care of all the technical aspects of running your website handling things such as Wordpress plugin updates, security updates, and backups. This frees you up to focus on your business, knowing that your website is in good hands.
Care Plans
Our Care Plans are pre-paid priority support hours. You get access to our support at a preferable hourly rate for any small changes that you might need with your website. Typical support examples are adding blog posts, SEO improvements and page content changes.
Importantly, we only log the time we use to help you out, there are no minimum time charges. If a job takes 15 minutes, we log 15 minutes.
Retainers
Many of our customers prefer a simple month-on-month retainer based support. Our retainers plans are a great option for businesses that need ongoing support for their websites. With a retainer, you will have access to our support for a set number of hours each month.
Ad-Hoc Support
If you only need occasional support for your website, we are only ever a phone call away. We will work with you to understand your needs, provide an estimate of how long we think a task will take and then provide the level of support that you need.
