We're a small agency in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, working with clients across the UK and in the US. Small enough that you deal with the people doing the work rather than an account manager. When your site does better, so do we. That's the whole business model.
Big business experience, small business service
Webcetera started in 2015. I'd spent 15 years in web development by then, always working for the company employing me, never with the client relationship and never quite sure I was making a difference to the businesses behind the work.
That's the wrong way round. So when the opportunity came, I set out to do it differently. Paul joined not long after, and in 2018 we formalised as Webcetera UK Ltd.
Since then we've built and looked after sites for brands including PACK'D, Cheese Brothers, Paleo Foods Co and Botanycl. We don't build a vast number of sites each year.
We keep working with the ones we do, supporting them as much or as little as needed, which in itself keeps us very busy. Many of those clients have been with us the best part of a decade.

What happens after launch
Launch day is the start of the work, not the end of it. Most of our clients stay on a support retainer, which covers whatever the site needs: SEO, conversion work, content, technical fixes, or just a hand with something on a Tuesday afternoon.

Our network
We handle design, SEO and most of what sits around them in house, including the newer work on how sites show up in AI search. For everything else, copywriting, brand, PPC and social, we work with a small group of specialists we know and trust. You get the right person for the job without having to go and find them yourself.

After we rebuilt and rebranded Cheese Brothers in October 2025, their organic conversion rate rose 33 per cent year on year, turning 11 per cent less traffic into 23 per cent more revenue.
In two years of SEO and conversion work with Tilly's Treat Cupboard, online sales are up 27 per cent year on year, with all 12 months ahead of the year before.

Our office is in The Old Chapel on Wrawby Street in Brigg. We work with clients across the UK and in the US, though we'd rather meet you in person if you're near Brigg or Scunthorpe.
